Refund Policy

Try before you pay

The free plan lets you test real attaches in the Studio before subscribing, so you can evaluate placement quality on your own characters and weapons at no cost.

14-day refund

If GripForge does not work for your assets, contact us within 14 days of your first payment at contact@gripforge.ai and we will refund it in full. Refunds are processed by our Merchant of Record (Paddle) on behalf of JOE ASSISTANT (SAS, SIREN 944 391 135) back to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.

Renewals and cancellation

You can cancel at any time from your account; access continues until the end of the paid period. Renewal payments are refundable within 14 days of the charge if the service was not used during that period. Quota already consumed in a period may be deducted pro rata from a refund in cases of clear abuse.
